ABOUT LYNN

Hi.

Hi! I’m Lynn and I’m one of those people you can’t really sum up in words - I think I might actually require a sound. And now just a little about me, because I am kind of nutty in a good way ...

I am a certified professional photographer (CPP) specializing in wedding and boudoir photography in the Dallas / Fort Worth metro area. Just in case you are interested, I am available for travel within the gorgeous state of Texas, the beautiful United States, exotic Mexico & Caribbean, and other fabulous international destinations abroad. (You know, if you ever want to take your clothes off in some tropical locale).

RECOGNITION.

I have been honored to be the recipient of The Knot's Best of Weddings & WeddingWire's Bride's Choice Awards for several really lovely years; recognized by my clients for my commitment to customer service. And my 20 minutes of fame? Well, I've been on the local NBC news as well as the nationally broadcast Today Show for my Trash the Dress images. I'm "as seen on tv", literally.

Some wonderful organizations have invited me to speak to their members, including the Photo Pro Network, Professional Wedding Guild (PWG) of Fort Worth, American Association of Certified Wedding Planners (AACWP), American Disc Jockey Association (ADJA), Light it Up, and Pounds Photographic Labs.

However, my most important role is as a founding member of The Photography Clique - a group of respected photographers on a mission to educate and advance the photography industry. Our master goal is educating photographers and helping them better their craft. It's our little way of making the world a better place, one photo at a time!

FAVORITE THINGS.

I love animals and I am lucky to be loved by a little crew of misfits - three cats and a dog. I don't actually have my own Instagram account anymore, I have repurposed it for the dog and it's called Milos Mondays. To say that I take a lot of pictures of the dog is a complete understatement. The cats also make quite a few cameo appearances.

My love of animals lead me to volunteering at the local shelters where I learned to work with animals who need just a little bit more love and attention than most. It's one of the most rewarding and difficult things that I have ever done.
